Field guide
Working offline and syncing
EverChase is designed so supported field records can be captured without waiting on a weak connection. A little preparation before leaving service gives you the best experience.
Before leaving service
- Open EverChase while you have a reliable connection.
- Sign in and open the property you plan to work on.
- Wait for the sync indicator to settle before locking the phone.
- Confirm the records you expect to use are visible.
First installation: allow the initial property download to finish on Wi-Fi before relying on the app in the field.
While offline
Continue using supported field workflows normally. EverChase stores the new information on the device. A weak or intermittent signal may make the sync indicator appear active longer, but it should not require you to rewrite the entry.
When service returns
Open EverChase in the foreground on a stable connection. Leave it open briefly while pending records sync. You can confirm the result later from the web application.
If something looks missing
- Make sure the phone has a stable connection, not just one bar.
- Leave EverChase open in the foreground for a few minutes.
- Do not repeatedly recreate the same record.
- If it remains missing, contact support with the property, record type, approximate time, and whether you were offline.
